- GUEST HOUSING

 -TEMPORARY DUTY HOUSING 

  • 1. Official Visitors. 
    Service members on permanent change of station (PCS) orders to Ft Huachuca
    may stay up to 30 days for a PCS in and 7 days for a PCS out. Service members
    and DOD Civilians on temporary duty (TDY) orders to Ft Huachuca may stay for
    the duration of their orders. 
    Reference AR 210-50 for all others authorized lodging facilities.

  • 2. Unofficial Visitors.
    Army lodging is provided to unofficial visitors on a 
    limited reservation basis. Lodging will make confirmed reservations for up to
    5 days, 8 days before arrival; in-house extensions may be given for 1 or 2 
    days depending on room availability. Maximum length of stay is 7 days within a 
    30-day period. 
    Reference AR 210-50 for all others authorized lodging facilities.

  • 3. Animals.
    Animals are allowed in six pet rooms in Army Lodging and reservations 
    must be made for these specific rooms. Animals are not allowed in any other 
    rooms unless they are service animals, such as seeing-eye dogs. Animals may 
    stay in other lodging rooms overnight on day of arrival when the visitors 
    arrival is after off-post kennels are closed. Limit of 3 animals per room. 
    Daily rate for each animal is $10.00 a day up to $50.00; no charge after 5 days
    unless required for damages. 
        
  • 4. Description of Lodging Facilities.
    •   a. Hazen House, building 22104. Distinguished Visitor Quarters. Community lounge, kitchen (with dishes and cookware) and laundry room. The suites are 
      one or two bedrooms with living room and private bath. The one-bedroom suites have a full kitchen (with dishes and cookware). The apartments are smaller, 
      with living room and one bedroom. All rooms have double beds, cable TV, telephone. The cost is $57.00 for the first person and $5.00 for each extra occupant in the 1 or 2 bedroom suites. The small apartment rooms (5 & 6) are $56. for the  first person and $5 for the second person.
    •     b. Allen House, building 42017. Family style lodging. Community kitchen and laundry room. Dish packs are available at the front desk. Apartments are one,
      two, or three bedroom, with living room, private bath, cable TV, and telephone.
      Apartments have queen beds in the main bedrooms and twin beds in the other bedrooms and either a kitchen unit or a small microwave and refrigerator. 
      One bedroom apartment is $36.00, two bedroom $37.00, three bedroom $3800, and $5.00 for each additional person. 
          
    •     c. Utah House, building 22028. Family style lodging. Three bedrooms, living room, full kitchen with dishes and cookware, dining area, laundry room, bathroom, Cable TV and telephone. The main bedroom has a queen bed, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and 1 twin bed in the third bedroom. The cost is $47.00 for the first person and $5.00 for each additional person.
          
    •     d. Holman House, building 52054. Family style lodging. One room is a handicap room and 6 are pet rooms; Community lounge, kitchen and laundry room. Dish packs are available at the front desk. Each room has 2 queen beds (1 queen bed in the handicap room), small microwave and refrigerator, cable TV, telephone, private bath. Rollaway beds and cribs are available. The cost is $38.00 for the first person and $5.00 for each additional person. 
          
    •     e. Fisher Hall, building 43086. Suites with separate living room and bedroom, and single rooms; community lounge, community kitchen on each floor (dishes and 
      cookware), a fitness room, a study room, and a laundry room. Each room has a queen bed, small microwave and refrigerator, cable TV, telephone, private bath. The cost for a suite is $56.00 and a single is $48.00 and $5.00 for spouse. 
         
    •      f. Olmstead Hall, building 43085. Community laundry room. Each room has a double bed, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, dishes and cookware), bathroom, cable TV, telephone. The cost is $53.00 for the first person and $5.00 for spouse. Each room offers a queen size bed.
          
    •     g. Marbourne Hall, building 43084. Suites with separate living room and bedroom with queen size bed,
      and single rooms; community laundry room. Each room has a double bed, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, dishes and cookware), bathroom, cable TV, telephone. The cost for a suite is $56.00 and a single is $53.00 and $5.00 for spouse.
         
    •      h. Glassford Hall, building 43083. Single rooms; fitness room, community laundry room on each floor. Each room has a Queen size bed on the third floor. The first and second floor has double beds, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, dishes and cookware), bathroom, cable TV, telephone. The cost is $53.00 and $5.00 for spouse. 

  • 5. Continental breakfast is provided for all guests Monday through Friday (not 
    including holidays) from 0530 hours to 0830 hours and Sat, Sun, & holidays 0630-0930 (except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. The dining room is located in the main building , 43083, on the second floor above the main lobby. Breakfast can be delivered to guests in the Hazen House. 
  • 6. Location of Fort Huachuca. From Interstate 10, take Exit 302 (Arizona State 
    Highway 90) south for 30 miles to Fry Boulevard in Sierra Vista, then turn 
    right to go to the Visitors Center at the Main Gate. To obtain a vehicle pass, 
    the driver must present 2 valid forms of identification (one of which must be 
    a drivers license), vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and rental 
    agreement if the vehicle is rented. To pass through the Main Gate, the driver 
    and each passenger must present a picture ID. 
  • 7. Location of the Army Lodging Office. The office is located in Glassford 
    Hall, building 43083 on the Grierson Service Road. The directions are as 
    follows:  
    • a. From the Main Gate, stay on Squirer Avenue for 2.2 miles. At the "Y", 
      bear right onto Winrow Avenue. Stay on Winrow Avenue for .9 miles to Lawton 
      Avenue. Turn left onto Lawton Avenue. After crossing Mason, you will come to 
      another "Y". Bear right, go down the hill in front of building 43086 into 
      the Lakeside parking lot. Drive through the parking lot and turn right in 
      front the wooden building at the end of the parking lot. At this point, the 
      Lodging Office canopy will be visible.
