CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SERVICES (CMS) is a three-tier process designed to utilize customer feedback to evaluate the performance and importance of installation programs and services. In addition, it will close the loop on communications and build a forum for community members to not only air concerns but also receive quarterly updates on those issues. Ultimately the outcome is to improve performance, readiness, recruiting, retention and work-life balance for the members of the Fort Huachuca Community.

Community FIRST/AFAP is a quarterly issues and resolution process designed to provide continuous feedback to the Fort Huachuca community on issues that cannot be resolved by ICE. In addition, it also conducts focus groups by constituents (Soldiers, Family Members, Retirees, Veterans, Surviving Spouses, Teens, and Civilian Workforce).

If you would like to submit an issue, download the Community FIRST/AFAP form and drop it in the Fort Huachuca Commissary Community FIRST box. Issues will be forwarded on a quarterly basis to the responsible directorate or organization for resolution. If still not resolved, issues will be submitted to the Community Communications Check (CCC) for review and consideration to forward beyond Fort Huachuca.



Constituent & Corporate
Assessment Survey

Customer Assessment allows Soldiers, Retirees, Veterans, Family Members & Civilian Employees to rate services provided by Fort Huachuca from a personal use perspective.

Corporate Assessment provides the Fort Huachuca Mission/Garrison Commander and leaders with the capability of rating garrison services from a mission commander and staff perspective. The assessment will identify specific deficiencies & potential resource reallocation/shortfalls.

The Customer Assessment Survey is now closed. The Garrison results will be available on this site in December 2008. Thanks for your input on. Your participation has made a difference!
