Aerobics with Kathy Gray: Join

leg-warmer wearing aerobics class. Kathy Gray

step aerobics integrating strength training in

Aquatic Fitness with Karla Hansen:

This program is for everyone looking
for a change for ordinary land-based fitness!
Whether you are escaping the pounding of
running or just wanted to switch it up a bit,
this class is great for all fitness levels!
Spinning: Our indoor cycling program is Mad Dogg certified Spinning (the
only one in the area). Join 2x4 and his crew
from Cultural Infidel as they take you on a
fantastic ride. Donít be intimidated and let
these instructors guide you through from how
to set up your bike, to the different areas
and ways you can work your body all in a high
paced cycling class! Youíll wonder where
those 45 minutes went, it goes by so fast!
Challenge Yoga with Dana Stone: Enjoy
this blend of Tai Chi, Pilates, and Yoga as
you build strength and flexibility in Danaís
challenging 90 minute flow. Each class is
unique and builds the body gradually at your
level, but feel free to challenge yourself and
going for just a little more. Leave knowing
you worked hard, but still feel refreshed and
ZUMBA with Ximena and Edda: Join
the party and see what the craze is all about!
This is a fantastic 55 minute cardio workout
that really does feel like a party, more than
just another fitness class. Both of our
instructors bring fun and energy to this
wonderful fitness program!
